November 2, 2018Let our office know ASAP that you do not want to be there. We will prepare a power of attorney and deed for you to sign in advance. Both documents must be signed in front of a notary and we need the ORIGINALS back at closing. Our typical process is to draft the power of attorney and deed for you and email it to you. You then print both documents out, sign them and have them notarized and witnessed, and then mail the originals back to us. You may also come sign them at our office as we are all notaries.
