Kyle KayFlowers is an Associate Attorney with a passion for real estate law, estate planning, and probate. His path to the legal profession was inspired by a keen interest in dealmaking and the complexity of the law. But for Kyle what matters most is how he can help people. He thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and being an active, engaged part of his clients’ journeys.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, San Diego in 2018, and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2022. After law school, he made the Chicago area his home and the center of his professional life.
With a practice focused on real estate transactions, Kyle provides clear, actionable guidance from contract negotiation through closing. He’s proud to help clients navigate what can often be an overwhelming process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Kyle brings more than legal knowledge to his work—he brings a deep commitment to supporting the people and ideas behind each transaction. Whether it’s helping a family purchase their first home or advising on a complex estate planning matter, Kyle is always striving for the best possible outcome. He understands that when his clients feel secure in their legal matters, they can better focus on what matters most: their lives, their work, and their businesses.
Off the clock, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, watching soccer, and cooking. Kyle is grounded, team-oriented, and results-driven, and always keeps his eyes on the big picture.
