We do all the formulaic things too. We make the same contract modifications in attorney review letters, help you handle inspection issues, and check in with lenders, appraisers, and homeowner’s associations to make sure everyone stays on track for your closing.

When you’re the buyer, we attend the closing with you and review and explain the documents. When you’re the seller, we attend the closing so you don’t have to, and we’ll wire you the proceeds.
